Easy lake paddle 4.9km long

Located adjacent to the Noosa Botanical Gardens and Mt Tinbeerwah this lake can be circumnavigated or take the time to explore the various arms to observe wildlife galore. A haven for up to 40 bird species, butterflies, dragonflies, damselflies flitter around the water’s edge, roos and sunbaking tortoises to name a few. No motorised watercraft are permitted and fishing is permitted making this is a peaceful paddle and/or fishing adventure.

Head east along Cooroy Noosa Road and there are 3 options to launch:
Lake Macdonald Park/Perch Park just north of the botanic gardens (amenities)
Mary River Cod Park on Collwood Road (amenities)
Jabiru Park at the end of Grange Road.
