The major difference is that Bixpy PP-77-AP is Lithium Iron phosphate. They have far longer lifespans. Up to 10 years. They also have both 5V and 12V output with the 12V with a Max output of 20 Amps, which is great for things like inflatable pumps (10A battery will not run most pumps). Also, it’s a better fit and finish and additional connectors and more suited for the use. Fully water proof in aluminum housing. There’s a battery level indicator, cigarette lighter outlet, switched cable with a water proof switch and built in super fact USB outlet. So a Lithium Battery it is just a battery.
