Additionally, accessory orders over $249 qualify for free shipping within Australia.

You can save substantially on freight by collecting your kayak from a local depot.
Most freight carriers in Australia charge high fees for home delivery of bulky items or may not offer residential delivery at all. We negotiate competitive rates by arranging delivery to transport partner depots close to you — providing a more affordable shipping option while still being convenient.
When we quote freight costs, we will identify and offer the nearest depot location to you as part of our personalised service.
🟧 Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email confirming we have received your order and pre-authorised your payment.
We will then:
- Check stock availability.
- If an item is out of stock or back-ordered, we’ll cancel the pre-authorisation and contact you promptly to discuss options.
- If your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we’ll process payment and prepare your order for dispatch.
🟪 Order Shipment and Delivery Times
For in-stock orders:
- We aim to ship within 1 to 3 business days after processing payment.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatch.

When your order arrives:
