How should I charge a new Bixpy battery?
On first use, charge to full with the correct Bixpy charger. The LED shows red while charging and green when complete. Unplug the charger once the light turns green.
Can I trickle-charge or leave the charger connected?
No. Bixpy batteries are lithium and must not be trickle-charged. The charger auto-stops, but you should unplug once fully charged to protect the pack.
What’s the best way to store the battery?
For storage longer than a week, leave the battery at a partial charge (about 50–70%) and keep it in a cool, dry place. Avoid full discharge. Recharge every 90 days (or sooner) to prevent permanent damage.
