Hobie Twist & Stow Bixpy Motor Rudder Adapter
The Hobie Twist & Stow Rudder Adapter replaces the Hobie Twist & Stow rudder with a Bixpy Rudder that enables you to mount a Bixpy J-2 and K-1 Motors to your kayak’s rudder assembly. Steering is conveniently controlled using the steering handle.
The Hobie Twist & Stow Rudder Adapter is very easy to install, with no holes or overly complex modifications required. Compatible with the Bixpy J-2 and K-1 Motor only. The beauty of this mounting system is that it will not sacrifice the MirageDrive, providing dual means of propulsion, and provides propelled steering capability

- Bixpy-ready Hobie Twist & Stow Rudder blade
- All hardware required will be on your existing Hobie Rudder

- Water-proof, dirt-proof and corrosion resistant housing and component
- Please note, this rudder adapter is ONLY compatible with Hobie® Twist and Stow rudders. That includes: Hobie Sport, Revolution, Outbacks (pre 2019) and Oasis models.
- Not recommended on Inflatable Hobie Kayaks. Not compatible with Pro Angler, Passport, Compass, 2019+ Outbacks and Island Series kayaks.
- This adapter blade will NOT work with J-1 Motors
